Clarkes recently took over the management of my 2 properties and have been excellent in what they do. Tracey in particular has worked hard at getting the flats up to scratch in order to market them, going above and beyond anyone else I have experienced. She has also been brilliant at negotiating new rents and conditions for a current tenant under difficult circumstances.
