Be very cautious with this company! They are anything but transparent, constantly slipping in hidden add-on fees and extra charges. On top of that, the person we dealt with was unbelievably patronising – the whole experience felt like a con from start to finish. With that being said it’s still being dragged on.
Unprofessional
We unfortunately didn’t end up moving due to our chain falling apart but Clarkes were really great throughout the whole process. We dealt with a few other agents whilst attempting to purchase other properties and I can say with utmost certainty that Clarkes were by far the most diligent, responsive and friendly. We’re taking a break before trying to move again but will be going back to Clarkes when we’re ready. Special thanks to Nigel who was very proactive chasing our sale.
Clarkes Estates are 2nd to none. They took care of my rental property for 17 years and also provided a seamless service in the sale of the property. They cannot be faulted in anyway. All staff are friendly, courteous and professional. An absolute delight to work with.
