Bought Dads rise/recliner chair few months ago , service from staff superb , very kind and knowledgeable. Dad has dementia , he was treated with respect. Dad has now ended up in nursing home and after one wee email Michael was right there and moved the chair to Nursing home for us. Excellent service would thoroughly recommend this company . Very customer orientated.
Was hoping to find some prices but I’m happy to visit the Showroom.
Bought my Efoldy a few years ago. Great piece of kit. Love it. Michael has been out every year to service it. Great service. He's coming back out to mine to fit a screw I hadn't known was missing in the steering column. Can't fault anything. Thankyou.
Installation of stairlift done quickly but I would advise that any buyers check prices elsewhere. Elderly mother was given a verbal quote and a scrappy piece of ripped paper as an invoice with no warranty, GST, breakdown of costs or any other details. Full invoice and warranty provided on third time of asking, but still no breakdown of costs. This is despite multiple requests.
