There’s no perfect rent… good sides and bad sides of this place. ❌Paid Carpark with private company (if you don’t pay they definitely put you to the court Nasitra Limited - I think they’re legal thieves!) ❌Bootle - not as popular as the Liverpool side ❌Sefton Council - arrogant money collector company ( they don’t do much about safety, comfort,etc) ✅Cheaper than the rest of the city ✅Good vibes, kinda ‘real people’ - not the fake posh ✅Shopping Centres around, many businesses and brands by literally the doorstep... read more
