I've been going here for over 15 years or so but since my dentist left I haven't been able to make an appointment for a check up for nearly 3 years. This practice used to be one of the best if not the best...but now it's went downhill and dentists will only see their own patients now. Was told their still waiting to fill the vacancy for my own dentist but I've waited far too long and now I'm going elsewhere as I feel I've been let down now for far too long.
Really happy with my recent experience at Clark and Watson. The staff were welcoming, and the dentist made everything easy to understand. The whole visit was smooth, and I felt well taken care of.
No appointments or dentists, no follow up after sending they send out letters to say they can't facilitate appointments. Had a x-ray done and no follow up either
So please with the way there preparing my new teeth ,very friendly and clean peatice
