Always friendly and courteous. A text message every evening before they arrive. Very good service
Shocking esperance, while I was at work the window cleaner showed up a day early unexpected and persistent on cleaning the windows after asked by my partner to come back tomorrow. Not only did the cleaner not listen to my partner he also spent eight minutes splashing some "purified water" on five windows and two doors that did absolutely nothing but leave the windows with streaks of "purified water". We had a re-clean done today because my wife wasn't happy with the back windows. I was really upset to discover my giant sunflower plant had been snapped at the base & then pushed back in the ground like I would notice! It was 8ft 3". I spoke to the owner over the phone who sincerely apologised but the centrepiece of my garden is ruined. I've cancelled them & would warn gardeners about my experience.

I chose this business because I wanted to support local tradesmen and the bloke sounded like a good chap over the phone. Unfortunately, I am now £40 out of pocket and am left with windows with water marks after TWO successive cleans. To be fair, when I reached out to David, the owner of this business, to express my dissatisfaction about the quality of the job, he did send someone over to do a repeat clean the very next day.
