With a probate house sale that took 4 attempts, a flat purchase in parallel, and additional business or market factors slowing the process, the past 18 months have proved difficult on occasions! It has been made somewhat easier with the way Clarity’s legal services team, from managers to junior paralegals, has remained positive and professional throughout. Thank you.
Ultimately, we managed to complete our purchase before the stamp duty change for which we're very grateful and the team at Clarity put in some hard work to make it happen. Melissa in particular kept things moving in the final hours and they were thorough with the searches. My experience with them was very bad, DO NOT waste your time and energy with this office.
Clarity have acted for my youngest daughter, my stepmother's estate and our purchase and sale...and were absolutely brilliant. Their fees are really competitive and their approach very professional There will be challenges and frustrations in every property sale/ purchase but Clarity guilded us through it and successfully driven the process to completion. It's a Team effort but Amy Smith & Melissa particularly have been fantastic.
