We booked a hire car in Vegas with Clarify. When we arrived we were offered a very small car which we couldn't even put two suitcases in. We showed then that we booked a honda civic ford focus or something similar. We were told if we wanted a car at the size that was ordered from you, then we would have to upgrade. We therefore had no option to upgrade as we were leaving for our 6 week road trip early the next day. Hi my name is Terry. Does not provide services as advertised. I only booked due to advertising ‘no nasty surprises’ Unfortunately I did and am still going through a nasty experience leaving me out of pocket financially, which caused anxiety throughout my holiday and continuing to cause. Great communication but unfortunately no action and not true to word. Would not recommend to anyone
