There are quite a few negative reviews about this centre, and I can understand people’s frustration. I was also disappointed that, despite living just a few hundred metres from my local surgery, I was sent to the other side of the city — which is why I’ve deducted one star. However, I’m giving four stars thanks to Maria, who carried out my health check. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions. Very bad service. Start ringing them from 7:55 am.System says call after 8am. Then keep calling from 8, someone answered from India call centre said we are fully booked. Everyday same story.Total rubbish system
Diabolical surgery - have messed up my medication(anti-psychotic and anti depressant medication so very much important) multiple times until I tell them I want to lodge a formal complaint then magically my medication is sorted within an hour. Trying to get an appointment is almost impossible, finally managed to get an appointment this morning for the call centre phone handlers to not ask for a suitable time that suits me to get there etc, just had the phone put down then a text sent with an appointment at 09:10(left me with ... read more
Today we had a good experience with Dr Zaquira sulaimane. She was fantastic.
If I could give minus stars I would. Absolute contempt for patients, no organisation and no communication. Will be switching surgeries after 10 years here. Used to be good (Dr Asharaf was great) but has gone steadily downhill with lack of funding and patronising GPs. I was read my medical history back to me INCORRECTLY, gaslighted and told that it didn’t matter that details were recorded wrong.
