The day before a 5 night stay I got an email from the apartment telling me that they had to cancel my booking with no explanation of why. I had emailed several times in the time leading up to my stay and had no replies. It emerged that despite us being 4.5 months into the pandemic "the unforeseen circumstances relate to issues with having cleaners sent to the property to have it cleaned down properly".
