The home is welcoming, clean and well presented. The staff team are positive in their outlook and very caring. They have done so well to avoid closure and now have a new lease of life. The residents are well looked after. I have visited many care home settings in my work as a social worker( now retired) and this home is top notch in my opinion.
My mum's been in for restbite . Its bright clean and her room was lovely. The staff was so nice nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good. Thank you Claremont House for all you have done for my mum.
Lovely place lovely staff
I visited claremont house for an observational student placement. The home was clean, welcoming and had a relaxing friendly atmosphere. The staff were friendly and caring, and the residents were well looked after, receiving person centred care. I appreciate the time taken by the manager and staff for allowing me to visit at short notice, and was pleasantly surprised how well the home was run. Keep up the good work :)
