Called reception earlier for help with arranging minor injuries appointment at st marks hospital the lovely receptionist could have just fobbed me off with a phone number, but she didn’t , she took time and care and made enquiries and sorted it for me , I am most grateful

Remember if you have an appointment with this surgery at the weekend it’s not actually here. Always check where you are meant to go to as you will not necessarily be told

I rang up yesterday asking to speak to my doctor about a medical concern. Happy to wait a week or two. Just wanted a phone call. Receptionist didn't care. Just said no. No availability for a phone call in the next two weeks. Can't book further ahead. I asked what I could do and was told to "try again in a couple of weeks time". Terrible.

I've been a member of this surgery for many years and I'm appalled at the state of service this has offered over this period. I'm 39 and served 10 years in the military. Recently moved out of Maidenhead to Liverpool for two years, the switch over to a GP in Liverpool was painless, great service and systems within took about 3 days (appointments, txt messaging etc)... I returned to Maidenhead after the said two years and it's taken over two months to get set up via the app and still nothing... Thankfully I relocated again to ... read more
