I have been visiting Clare monthly for a couple of years. When I first arrived my feet were like two lumps of tense gristle! They are now relaxed, flexible and much, much less painful. I have type 2 diabetes and was amazed that when after my first session my blood glucose reduced drastically. It subsequently rose again but I’m convinced that having regular reflexology has at the very least helped to stabilise it. My reflexology treatment with Clare was excellent. So relaxing, grounding and revitalising. She is evidently a seasoned practitioner with a great level of skill, attention to detail and warmth. As a mum of a newborn, she was able to help address areas of imbalance and fatigue and leave me with a spring in my step.
