Avoid this shop! Sofa collapsed within a year, very poor quality. Called in asking for help, told the manager would call me back. Sent evidence by email. Phoned again as not heard anything. Still no contact! The sofa wasn’t cheap and has not had any heavy weight on it. Very disappointed!

Genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with. AVOID at all costs! Ordered a table over a year ago which was faulty and now on the 4th faulty replacement. Now being ignored, calls and emails. Still waiting on a resolution for a £1000 table over a year later! Absolutely shocking!!
Ordered a table with 10 years warranty and had to have 4 replacements. Yes you read that correctly. 4 times we have had to book time off work to wait in for a table to be delivered. Twice its been wrong and twice because they had broken. Awful customer service. They never apolpgise or acknowledge fault. Afye rone years use and it breaking again we were fed up, they begged for one more chance and sent the wrong replacement. Completely different style and finish. A family member has had an awful experience with this company. They arent honouring their warranty or providing any customer service so we have to resort to this to jopefully make some meaningful impact
