The company was fine and service good, but several of their manufacturing partners delivered faulty goods for multiple items and some items did not fit specifications of my house despite measuring up. Also followed their recommendation for Westway Plumbling installers who were awful (caused more leaks than they fixed, damaged products, took months and it has cost 1000s to fix the issues they created)
