Claire was fantastic. I had been using snus for quite some time and struggled to stop, constantly switching between snus and vaping. After just 90 minutes with Claire, I walked out and haven't touched either snus or vaped since. Her professionalism and genuine interest in my circumstances were impressive, tailoring the session specifically to me. I highly recommend Claire.

I booked a session with Claire to stop smoking after seeing fantastic reviews. I’ve tried to quit smoking successfully before and have had no luck. I was very sceptical and nervous coming into the session, but Claire quickly put me at ease. The session itself was great! I visited Claire in January 2022 following a friends recommendation to help me overcome some fears/anxieties and gain more confidence. Within two sessions I had noticed a positive difference in myself. It is now November 2022 and my life has completely changed for the better, I feel like a new person. Claire is super supportive, listens intently and offers incredible advice. You will need to be 100% committed to listen to sound files in between sessions, but I would rate Claire 5 Stars and recommend her highly.

I nervously met Claire with a pretty severe phobia of injections with great results (I couldn’t look at a needle beforehand without a feeling of dread). Following 6 hypnotherapy sessions with Claire, I was able to go for my Covid vaccine without any issues and I even pushed the second one forward! Madness. Thanks Claire!
