Visited Claire today as I had a niggle in the back of my neck/shoulder I wasn’t able to turn my head properly and was in a good amount of discomfort, after 30 minutes of therapy I was free again and able to move without pain, money well spent and a great service. Chad

I was treated by Claire for nerve damage in my arm, which initially was very debilitating. After 3 weeks of treatment the improvement was significant with my grip getting stronger each day. Claire was very positive and knowledgeable and without her treatment my progress would have been very slow. I would definitely recommend.

I have had trouble with a shoulder injury for around 18 months, I was advised to see Claire as I was told she was a good sports therapist. I booked in and had a massage, it was painful but worth it, I couldn’t lye on my shoulder at night and after the massage I was able to lye on my shoulder pain free I was very surprised she managed to sort it in one massage, that proves she knows her stuff and the saying no pain no gain comes to mind. I will definitely be booking in again.

After having 2 crazy accidents over the past 4 years and 6 months ,where my hip was dislodged and my leg turn in 2 different directions. After seeing 3 Physcio. One ex villa. One Olympic wrestler and one who works with the England ski team. I can finally say Claire has sorted my problem out after 3 sessions. I told her what I felt and where the pains were. She listened and got to work. I have finally slept every night without pain. She is the MIRACLE WORKER.
