Update 2023- after 6 years of dealing with this company I have just been informed that we will be getting no compensation from our mis-sold Club LaCosta points system. I have therefore reduced my assessment to 2 stars. Claims solution did get us out of our contract with Club LaCosta, as promised, but didn’t get us any money back as heavily implied during our consultations with them. Another expensive lesson. I have found them very disingenuous and the whole experience has left a nasty taste in the mouth.
