Cristina was helpful and accommodating throughout, from when I initially phoned and at the viewing. She had all the property details and was very polite.
Very disappointed with our experience. We had a scheduled property viewing at 15:45 and arrived at 15:36. Upon calling the agent, we were told she had been waiting for five minutes and could no longer stay. She then left without showing us the property, leaving my pregnant wife standing outside. We fully understand the importance of punctuality, but arriving nine minutes early should not result in a cancelled viewing—especially without any attempt to communicate in a more professional or considerate manner.
