Sent round someone who isn't gas safe registered through his company who tied in the PRV to my boiler with a tie wrap because he destroyed the grub screw. Water pouring through my house into kitchen Christmas day. Then someone blocked me so I still don't know if Chris knows....

WISH ID CALLED THESE GUYS FIRST! Wanted to wait a few weeks before leaving this review after mistakingly leaving a positive review on the same day I had another company come out to "Repair" my boiler, That repair lasted 2 days, and still waiting on them calling me back, but anyway... After nearly 2 months of constant back and forth with the other company, i had a repair which lasted 2 day, after couple more visits, back up and running, few days later knocks off again and back to square one. Chris is the only plumber/heating engineer I will phone. He is professional from start to finish explaining what needs done and why. He is never too busy, always on time and is not a rip off merchant. Use his services with absolute confidence.

My gas boiler was noisy and constantly losing pressure, and I had no hot water. The repairs were very extensive - replacing a part and cleaning the heating system with chemicals. 3 weeks after repairs can't even hear the boiler when it's on. Great job, can't thank you enough CJ, I will be contacting you again for all my boiler services thanks so much. Dawn

After having a number of problems with my oil heating system and multiple heating engineers having a look at it, Chris came, he saw and he conquered. He was very efficient , honest and very professional. He got the system back to working the way it should be. No messing about and was quick to respond to messages and constantly communicated until the job was completed. Will definitely be using him again and would definitely recommend him.
