I had this company replace my entire HVAC system in July 2023. July 2024 my AC went out for over a week as they attempted to fix the unit. They missed an appointment due to the parts not being ready when they told me it would be. Also came out with the wrong parts at one point. Finally got it fixed after over a week with four sweltering children in the house. I didn't give up on them as I had heard great things about the business. Had a dispute with regard to the installation of the humidifier system. The drain hose came loose from the system causing a significant amount of water damage in the basement. Even though the company tech was the only person to ever touch the system they decided it was not their problem. They suggested any number of my problems could have caused the hose to become disconnected from the system including the possibility of children playing in the basement.
