Had a dispute with regard to the installation of the humidifier system. The drain hose came loose from the system causing a significant amount of water damage in the basement. Even though the company tech was the only person to ever touch the system they decided it was not their problem. They suggested any number of my problems could have caused the hose to become disconnected from the system including the possibility of children playing in the basement.
