We had a great experience. The techs that came out to install our new system were timely, polite efficient and communicated any problems or issues that came up. There was a wiring issue the would not allow the system to operate correctly and they were very forthcoming and explained that they were able to get the system operating so we would have heat and they would return to correct the issue. Chad was very thorough in determining the issue with my AC. I Asked if he was going to do my furnace checkup - wasn't on his schedule altho I had asked when I scheduled my AC appointment in the first place. He said he would and stayed to complete that.
I had my furnace service check through the membership club after joining back in June of this year when I had my AC service check. The technicians were both courteous, mindful of care (used shoe covers while walking through the house) and thorough and informational regarding all the checks performed, especially my furnace tech today. I had a pre-scheduled appointment with CJS this morning to perform Fall HVAC maintenance at three different properties, beginning at 1200. I missed a call at 10:15 from CJS but they did not leave a voicemail. I called them back and the the person I spoke with stated the technician is not available today. Really? It took this company 1.5 hours before the appointment to figure that out, and now I have to coordinate/reschedule three properties!
