CJS Heating and Air delivers to their commitments. I bought a full HVAC system from them five years ago with a full warranty. I had CJS come out and perform the regular maintenance schedule since they installed the system. Further, I am a member of their ‘CJS Yes Club’ for discounts and priority service. I have lost confidence in CJS. Be careful, and question proposals and actions of your service providers. Get a second opinion. I've used CJS for several years with reasonable results, however this year was different. I am used to "upselling", but this furnace inspection resulted in 6 questionable and expensive (thousands of dollars) quotations. First - Katrina was awesome and knows her stuff! She Worked with us to get our needs met and even came to check the progress! Our installers were Kasey and Dominic - they did a great job and even when faced with difficulty ( old house very old unit) they did the job without fail! Katrina came out and was very polite and respectful. She provided an honest assessment of our church's needs. I would definitely do business with CJS because of her if that need arises.
Took me for 1700.00 dollars, filled my unit up with r22 without testing the system first, then informed me that it would only last a few days, was told that I would revive a refund when the replaced the unit, their lowest price was 5,000.00 plus the 1700.00 I already paid, called another company got the unit replaced total of 3,900.00. Would not recommend, not at all
