We are floored by the attention to detail that Kyle Aric did for us. We have an old house and he came to our home once to address our newly installed furnace and immediately found and fixed the issue. We later had a water heater installed and he did an amazing job with the diagnostics and fixed everything. We are so happy that in the future should we need anything else installed or addressed, he would be our request hands down (& talking to him about ethnic food is a plus!). I’ve been using CJS since the late 1990’s. I have never had a bad tech or bad service and this after a few moves and upgrades to rental properties. Will never use anyone else. Dustin and Ricky are my favorites but I’d trust any of them. The thing that matters most to me with services is integrity. This company has that.
Matt was great and personable! You can tell he takes pride in his work and serving his customers! He answered all of our questions and despite the news he had to deliver was not the best, he still made sure we were well informed of our options so that we could make an informed decision! I highly recommend this company and technician!
We contacted CJS because the furnace was running much longer than it should and the thermostat was not reading the correct temperature. Bill checked the entire system during all the stages and made some adjustment’s. He was very detailed, took his time to correct the issue and reviewed his work with us. We are new customers of CJS and are very satisfied with the service they provide. It’s refreshing to have a company with employees that are personal and dedicated to their trade.
I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment that day! Bill arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He checked my entire system, which was working but the filter I had put in the previous month was too dense and slowed down the air flow. I’m very happy with CJS.
