My heating and air system was installed by CJS last year and everything has been top notch until this year. I signed up and pay for annual service on both air conditioner and furnace I n the spring I called to schedule my air conditioner service and encountered an AI answering service that was totally confused and unresponsive. Some how I managed to make an appointment requiring a 5 hour window. On appt day I remained home and waited for the call. The tech was efficient and professional. He took great care servicing our HVAC system and thoroughly explained everything he felt needed our attention.
Our experience with CJS has been very good. Our most recent interaction with Colin was superb.
Kalin operations manager has been totally awesome working with us. I feel very thankful for him! He has went above and beyond to get us working and even got portable ac in while we were down. 5 stars to Kalin!
Austin was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. Will use him in future

If the bbb would let you do negative stars it would be a thousand. After what the company put us throu, they sent service technician out and lied about our unit need replaced. After I called in to the office the project manager throu text not even a phone told that they mis diagnosed the system. After going throu this I ask to talk to the owner Jim.
