Unfotunately the women who do a good deal of administrative work there are awful. Sandra is so terrible and is insulting, even when you ask about your own money! Jill just makes excuses constantly and doesn't advocate for tenants, always opting for the owner's convenience. It is never legally terrible enough to report but enough to feel like a fool asking for your boiler to be fixed or a door fixed. Repairs get fixed even in their own time or never at all. This company are thieves!!!, held on to my holding deposit claiming I have bad check. This does not require my deposit not to be paid back as service was not rendered. My £150 pound still with this company without service rendered. This is pure daylight robbery.!!!
