I rented a property for 1 year with CJ Hole that I can only descibe as scabby. Not only was the property scabby but it was very obvious that neither the landlord or CJ Hole were particularly bothered about making the property to an acceptable standard. When moving in, the property was left in an awful state. It seemed like it wasn't cleaned or any maintenance done during the interim since the previous tenants. I have used CJ Hole to let my flat in Cheltenham. Ethan Marlborough was the agent I dealt with and he gave me super service. The letting went speedily and Ethan dealt with details very professionally, a great help to me as I don’t live in Cheltenham, but 60 miles away. Highly recommended.

I've been very happy working with CJ Hole Cheltenham! I didn't give a 5-star rating because some minor items were not addressed before move-in but I would still absolutely work with them again. The items not addressed did not change my overall excellent experience. Ethan and Olly were especially attentive to my timelines, unique requests, random questions.
