Well we had sold our house with c j hole and the renter side george was not helpful making a list of excuses of why I couldn't rent a property at time when I clearly could get the money and prove it. Wouldn't sell my house with c j hole again as could have lost sale through his pettiness, ocean are much more professional.
I have had CJ Hole looking after my properties for many years. Never a problem, always managed everything efficiently. Natasha Over has been particularly helpful.
CJ Hole have managed my property since 2020. George and Nikki's teams [New Business and Property Management] are always on hand with great ideas and supportive emails and calls. A great bunch of friendly professionals and I would not consider anyone else to look after my interests.
I didn't have a good experience with CJ Hole, i am relocating my family from another country so i need to have a rented house before they move here, but they are saying first move your family here we will meet all adults and then we can show you the houses, and mentioning that it's legal binding to them which seems totally illogical for me.
