They were okay until I couldn't get hold of them on the day I was supposed to collect my keys so had to make alternative arrangements to find somewhere to stay that night. I then went to this office the next day to collect my keys and it turned out they had lost the front door key. They got a locksmith to gain entry but the real cherry on top of the whole experience of dealing with CJ Hole was them then refusing to pay for the lock to be replaced.... 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I have previously been intrusively interrogated by a CJ Hole person when I rang for a valuation. This week I requested a viewing of a property and immediately received an abrupt unwelcoming message telling me to complete my details. I did this and then someone rang me to arrange a booking but then listed the same questions again for me to answer. They said I can't see the property without being registered.
