Dr canavan made an insulting, mentally immature, nappropriate, unnecessary, disrespectful sexual comment to me and then lied about it. A schoolboy has more maturity than Dr. Canavan.
Shocking just shocking, no answer to phone calls, online repeat prescriptions are down nobody is informed absolute disgrace of a practice.
Helpful reception desk. (Karen particularly) are usually helpful on the phone. Unfortunately, 1 receptionist lets the practice down badly. If I could, I would name her as she is very rude. I think there should be some way of making a complaint about receptionist. Dr Sweeney is an amazing, caring, kind, understanding doctor. She takes time to listen and is so understanding.
