I'd like to say a big thank you to Sabina (in house pharmacist) at City square. She he has been extremely helpful this morning regarding an important outstanding enquiry re; my brother's medication issue. She was patient as I had to take another call from receptionist as well as calling me back again to notify important issues she picked up on his record. City wellbeing has been renamed city Square medical group. And it has moved to 14 Deancross Street
The receptionists are rude and not willing to listen to anyone. They have sets of answers ready to give to the patients and these includes online e-consultation! My specialist asked my gp to take yearly thyroid blood test, however, even for that I need to fill up form. This is sad and insulting.
Why GP surgery using covid-19 as an excuse? Apparently, they are so busy due to covid! You should be less busy because the hospitals deal with covid matters. They say to call in the morning, but the phone don't even ring. It is so difficult to get through it is unbelievable. It is not the doctors are at fault it is the management they put profit before patients. City Well Being Practice has gone to a new low. Something needs to be done.
Y is it so difficult to see MY GP I've been away and it's been three weeks I need to c a doc , calling 8:30 am I doze off the amount of times I call and then when I get a call back I'm either in pain or gone sleep were the good old days family GP u walk in n u get seen to DR PRINCE when he was there he saw my condition and put me in his car and took me to a&e himself that's family GP my condition ain't an emergency but it's concerning .... no wellbeing for us wellbeing for the docs n staff the service before was absolutely 1... read more
