We wanted to renovate our bathroom and toilet. We have been looking in many tile shops in south London, but luckily we found City Tiles. We bought everything under one roof. We can’t believe how good and top quality the final results looked like, thanks John and the team.
I visited City Tiles for a recent bathroom renovation based on a few recommendations. While their prices are fairly reasonable and the range is mid-tier, I was disappointed with the quality of the Turkish-made wall tiles. Around 30% of the tiles cracked during cutting, leading to significant wastage. When I raised concerns, the issue was dismissed, which was frustrating. Very helpful staff
Terrible customer service, promises not kept, not honouring replacing broken tiles discovered on opening packs. Will not be using them again.
I was very impressed with the welcoming showroom and knowledge of the staff, no pressure or pushy sales men, beautiful quality tiles and kitchens I have so many ideas for our project now.
