I rented a flat in Didsbury through Airbnb over Christmas 2024 that was managed by City Superhost. On my first day, the stovetop wasn’t working. A handyman came and discovered a gas valve under the stove (behind the oven) had been switched off, so he turned it back on. Two days later, on Christmas Eve, I noticed a faint whiff of gas. Clean and nice apartment Beautiful view
What can I say about this host, absolutely shocking company, the cleaners they have on board are not fit for purpose, they did not notice any damage, they said they would use their own bedding as it was better for them, all my bedding went missing, I’m still missing bedding but no one today is answering the phone.I asked for minimum 3 night stay, they let someone in for 1 night and used it as a party house even though I strictly said no 1 nighters.
