Recommended by a neighbour. We contacted them and they arranged to come and survey the required works. They didn't turn up, with no explanation. We emailed them back but have not had any reply.
My neighbour and I asked for quotes for work to be carried out. When I got my quote thankfully I went through it in detail and found it included repairing non-existent cracks. I contacted them and asked for a revised quote. They revised the description of the work that needed doing but not the price! I had to ask several times but just kept being sent the same price. After several hours of browsing and multiple site visits from different building companies with the hope of finding highly rated structural engineering company for a complex structural project at my property, I came across City Structural online and saw their gallery of similar projects they had worked on.
