I'm not registered at this practice but just wanted to write a review on how unprofessional the reception staff are; I recently had to attend this surgery with my mum for a percific clinic that my mums own gp practice doesn't do. When entering the surgery noone was maning the reception area. For this percific clinic I know someone different attends to sign people in. This surgery is soooo shit always saying different things and when I said about how tonuse the system thats when the receptionist decide she can check they dont prioritise kids or elderly only there because its very local to me with two kids
