I have been going to his fitness center ***************************************************************** . When it was LA Fitness. Since they chanced names, it was okay from the start. But lately no one checks all the equipment like they should to make sure that they work including the fans on the trendmill. The mantanince for the equipments come on tuesdays I guess. I took a regular gym membership at this place on Feb 1 as they mentioned month to month and after a month trainer named **** approached me to try the Personal training I was hesitant and said I won't be coming and I don't need it and he was like just try it for a month if you don't want to do it we can cancel it as PT Is not a contract and all he said was text me any time you want to cancel he will cancel it and he also offered a 100$ off for the first month too and I mistakenly signed on that day on march 25. Our 19 y.o. joined *********** location due to multi-location work out availability/close to home and college. An afulw place - our entire neighborhood was talking about predatory practice used once you sign up for "trial" or "special deal" - not disclsoing terms clearly & not letting cancel services, and kep billing/calling you. LA FITNESS CONTINUES TO BILL CUSTOMERS FRAUDULENTLY. I HAD A CONTRACT DURING COVID, WHICH I HONORED BUT COULD NOT USE DURING THE TRAINING SESSIONS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD ACRUE. SEVERAL TIMES I ASKED THEM, AND THE MANAGERS I SPOKE WITH AGREED TO STOP BILLING FOR TRAINING SESSIONS UNTIL I HAD USED UP THE ACCRUED ONES. I HAVE NEARLY $5000.00 DOLLARS IN TRAINING CREDITS TO USE. Loved LA Fitness then it got bought out by ESPORTA. Holy cow is this place turning into a dump. ************ kids running around. They are rude. They hog the machines while taking selfies and talking on the phone or simply "hanging out." The bathrooms are DISCUSTING!!! No paper towels, pee and p*** on the seats and in the toilet. The managers and front desk only care about getting more people in instead of caring about the members. Its a high school hangout with trashy people and workers.

I am a member at the esporta gym in *******. It is very disappointing every time I come to this gym the water activities are either broken you can't use them or they are dirty. My membership fees are taken direct out of my account every month but when I go to the I can't use the amenities and this happens on a regular basis. I will be looking for another gym.

Ive been a member since 2018, when I joined I signed up for a family membership I was told my sister and I had guest privileges for 2 guests, today I finally decided to bring someone in as a guest and was told its not on my account and I would have to pay. It seems like it was removed from my account shortly after I joined. I have been very disappointed with the decline of the facilities of the locations but kept going because I like the employees. Manager at ***************************************************************************** Harasses myself and my wife every time we bring our children there to participate in the swimming program offered by the ******************** He harasses is about whether we are signed up for the program and tries to prevent our entry into the gym to get to the pool. This has been my gym for a few years. When things were returning to normal from the pandemic, the gym kept trying to get a hold of me to sign back, They offered me an excellent deal for the entire year, and I agreed to sign up. Within days the cases of covid started to increase. Therefore I decided to cancel my membership. Of course, they denied me that.
