My first Life Coaching session with Festus was eye opening and encouraging. He was gentle but very professional. I am looking forward to many more sessions.
Floating is magical. You got to try it and City Relaxation Centre is the place to do it. Always warmly welcomed by smiling faces, it's clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. The private tanks are lovely. I have been with City Relaxation for some time and I highly recommend this experience. It is just what you need to reset and float into your very own being. My personal experiences have always been incredible, if you really need 'me time' this is the ultimate. Magic.
I've had two recent life coaching sessions with the manager of the centre. He has helped me and taught me so much already. He's very supportive, encouraging and its clear to see he has a passion for his work. I'm now far more aware of my limiting beliefs and thoughts which have been holding me back. I'll definitely continue my sessions . I truly believe that working with him will give me a total change of mindset to have my life exactly the way I want it to be.
