I had a good experience with City Link Property while staying in London. Vivian was very helpful, responsive, and professional throughout my tenancy. Awful experience. I wanted to leave the property earlier (a small overpriced room in Central London), as it was not good - dirty, dark and dangerous (ie the wardrobe that was not fixed to the wall and it could fall anytime)I took the room as I had a week to find something before starting a new job in London. They told me to pay £170 fine, despite that they found a new tenant that moved in literally on the next day. Awful experience. I wanted to leave the property earlier (a small overpriced room in Central London), as it was not good. They told me to pay £170 fine, despite that they found a new tenant that moved in on the next day. Also I paid them an admin fee, while moving in (£150) but it took them long time to remove stuff I asked about. There are plenty of better and nicer real estate agencies. This one I will avoud in the future.

The flat was nice and well located in Bow. Easy access to City centre by tube. City Link were easy to contact and very helpful.
