Our experience with City Lettings was consistently disappointing, from the day we moved in until weeks after our tenancy had ended. Upon taking possession of the property, we found it to be in an incredibly poor state, with a persistent damp smell, several broken items, and windows that would not open. We reported all of these issues in our initial inventory, but none were ever properly addressed. The maintenance service was equally poor. Massive thank you to Tom and the other member of staff on the emergency line (I didn’t get their name). They were tremendously helpful when I locked myself out while packing to vacate the property the following day. My panic was put at ease by their clear communication and quick response.

As a Professional landlord I’ve used City Lettings for a number of years and have been blown away by the level of efficiency and detail they provide to me as a landlord and how highly my own tenants have spoken about them. The team are friendly and have a great level of professionalism and dedication. I am surprised at a couple of the reviews on here which i find unfair. I’d be happy to recommend to prospective students and landlords alike.
