Dougie was rude and unprofessional after failing to acknowledge that he had done the job of replacing a pane of glass so badly that it appeared to look like a child had replaced it. He had time to assess the job , however , he did not even bother to mitre the beading , nor apply sufficient putty to hold the pane. I had to pay someone else to do it properly .No apology , no acknowledgement of his failing , no refund.Use at your own peril.

AVOID! We purchased a glass table topper from Dougie at City Glass. After placing it on our dining table within a week there was a spontaneous crack in the corner. Absolutely nothing had hit it or had been placed on that side of the table as there's just the two of us and it's the corner we don't use. We contacted Dougie instantly to say that there was a crack within 5 days.
