Not sure about all the bad reviews. Perhaps the issues have been fixed as i moved in a month ago and am very happy. central location and also close to the water which we really like. The apartments are nice and new and in good order. Would recommend
Bin are always overflowing, doors are left open for weeks, maintenance takes months to respond and fix the cheap appliances, it can take 20-30 minutes to collect your packages if the concierge actually shows up in the building next door.
After reading the below low reviews, I was concerned, however this has all now been fixed and could not be happier with the location, rental price compared to other places in Deansgate, the development and standard of the building. Love it here with a great community feel!
