AVOID AVOID AVOID!! The worst two years of my life. Renting through City Estates was a complete nightmare. From the very beginning, the signs were there — the property wasn’t even clean when we were meant to move in. Doors were off their frames, and basic work hadn’t been done. Avoid at All Costs – Incompetent, Unresponsive, and Utterly Unprofessional If I could give zero stars to City Estates London, I would. This is hands down the worst property management company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
