We have had a superb experience with City and Country - we especially want to commend Vikki in Bristol. She has been so awesome to work with, kept us updated every step of the way and is so friendly and welcoming. She has gone out of her way to help us and we are extremely grateful. We love our City & Country 1840 townhouse. The sales team, especially Poppy and Colin, were incredible they helped show us a series of flats and finding one that suited our budget and household needs. The finishes are all top notch. With any issues Ellie and the customer care team are responsive and get the team out to fix issues within the week. The community is welcoming and friendly and the access to parks and nature is unparalleled. As new parents we love the area and the accessibility for prams.
