Have used this company all my life, can't say they doing well now as I'm still waiting on a blind nearly 3 weeks later. This company was never like this before. Can see me cancelling it now.
Advertise 20% off all blind orders in the Month of September,NO DISCOUNT..They tell you 7-10 working days from paying deposit to blinds being fitted.Over two weeks and still no fitting date confirmed.Twice I have spoken to them this week and been told two different stories..
Over 2 months in and still waiting to have the shutters finished. Warning: don't pay up front. We ordered 3 sets of shutters back in June when we received our first of many measurings, when the fitter came out he could only fit one as the two at the front would not allow the windows to open making it a fire and safety hazard which was fair, he remeasured and assured us once our new windows were fitted they would be back again to see (despite the new windows being the exact same size).
