Love..love...love this place. Almost a month after I bought my Ford Escape my driver's seatbelt stopped working properly. I call Matt Dowdy he got me hooked up with Matt Wilds n Sam Smith. They checked it out n ordered me a new one. In less than a week it was fixed with no charge.
My daughter bought a Traverse 9 months ago just now last week had to put 3000.00 dollars to get it fix its a piece of junk gave 16000.00 for it and there only going to give us 390 back said they put new struts on it that's a lie.so I do not recommend. Anybody buying from them cause they rip you off.sad you pay that kind of money and 9 months later you have to put 3000.00 dollars in that is jus not fair.so I will continue to spread the word about these people cause they sure don't care about there customers.
I had a deal done on a truck and being from out of town I was relying on the salesman and finance manager to complete the paperwork and overnight me the documents to close. This took them 1.5 weeks to complete. I had already obtained transport. I had spoken to the finance manager and given him my address to send the documents. The next day my salesman called and said the general manager sold the truck knowing he had a deal pending. This is extremely poor business ethics.
