I’ve bought three vehicles from City Auto and had good experiences each time. These guys wanna move cars! One of the cars I bought had a problem that they handled free of charge even though it was shortly after the warranty expired. The only negative was that with the last two cars I bought I was only given one key. Those keys run about $100. But I simply asked for another key and they had another made for me free of charge. I bought a truck from them less than a month ago. I was all but pushed out the door after signing paperwork because he was going on vacation. I was told there wasn't time, but I should come back when he gets back in 2 weeks to discuss the extended warranty. Well, I don't have all the spare time in the world. I haven't made it down there. I loved working with my salesman David K. He was genuine, helpful, and personally vested in my car buying experience. However my experience in the finance office was a different story.
