In less than a year I have put on a front axle a new transmission a starter . Your cars are horrible and unsafe! Not to mention it took three times for them to get the loan paperwork correct
We bought an Acura SUV from them almost 2 years ago and it was the best decision we ever made. We got a GREAT deal and it was a super easy experience. I think the entire purchase only took a couple hours. Honest & friendly people. Would highly recommend!
I was very nervous about shopping for a car, but Kent Watson made it the best experience I could've asked for. He is the opposite of pushy and spent the day helping us pick out the perfect car for us and our little girl who is due in just a few weeks! Even after we chose our 4Runner, Kent made sure we didn't leave the dealership without the car being perfectly clean and ready to go for the baby. I cannot recommend a better dealer than Kent as City Auto!
Ok so prior to today I gave this place a bad review. The car I bought had some issues. It can happen to anyone, I just tend to have bad luck. I have been working with Candi and Angelo and they have gone above and beyond to help me. They worked with my payments and worked with what I wanted and tonight I am happy to be leaving in a new car. Awful place, sleezy salesmen, tried to sell me a vehicle that almost caused a wreck, accounting department taking 4 weeks to send a check to my bank, they make you wait hours with awful customer service. They buy all their vehicles from the auction next door the vehicles are worthless and have bad backgrounds. Don't make the mistake of shopping here.
Very friendly service, recommend this place to everyone. Always smiling and friendly faces.
