We stopped by to look at a truck that we had found online. Trace was our salesman. He not only made it a great experience, but when my husband jokingly said we want another one, he actually found us another one and less than two weeks later we bought our second truck from him. The entire staff was friendly and professional.

Made a long drive today to look at a van listed online. Very disappointed to find a vehicle that had prior wreck damage poorly repaired. Side doors do not close properly. They rub at the top and gap at the bottom. Obvious poor body repair in front of right rear tire. Im willing to bet the Carfax shows no accidents reported. Van was misrepresented and overpriced! Waste of 2 1/2 hours time and money!!
I haven't had a better car buying experience. Great selection, quality vehicles, great prices, but most of all, great sales associates. John Hall was great to work with. I was at ease the whole time (usually very stressed during car purchases). The Yukon was in great shape and they took care of any small details needed. I recommend City Auto and John Hall for your next used car.
What a GREAT experience it was buying a car from City Auto. Kiwi was my salesman. He was Great and not pushy at all. I have since had a couple of service problems and Joey in the Service Dept. has taken GREAT care of me. Thank goodness I bought a warranty. It has paid for itself. Joey worked in getting my car back on the road and the warranty covered all my repairs. City Auto is a GREAT place to buy!!! My next car, I will be going back. Great Service all the way around!!
