People of colour are not considered for their rentals. All we get is lame excuses from Nikki. i.e Need to have been employed for at least 1 year to be considered (if you have relocated to the area due to employment you won’t be given a chance) and then you wait to reach a year in your employment only to be given another excuse that a family of 4 can’t be in a 2 bedroom house mind you the 2 children are of the same gender. Really disturbing.
Just moved into our new home with Citadel Homes. House is lovely and our spaniel is enjoying his new outside space. Nikki from the start was excellent with the process and kept us up to date with all developments, highly recommended
We rented from Citadel Homes for two years and we had such a positive experience. The house is gorgeous and in such a good location. Great communication and customer service from Nikki, who resolved the few issues that we had. Would recommend to anyone. Our dogs loved it too!
Renting a property with Citadel Homes has been a pleasant process from start to finish. Nikki was extremely professional, understanding and reassuring at every stage. Can’t recommend enough. The property is lovely, clean and modern and soon after moving in already feels like home.
Rented from Citadel for 2 and a half years and never had any issues. When we did face small issues ie losing a slate in recent storms etc, this was resolved promptly. Very easy company to deal with! Would highly recommend.
