these disgusting human beings, are tiring to steal from me. they asked 195 deposit and 300 bills for 6 months then one month rent plus another month saying you don't have to pay the last month. I started 16 April to 15 October. End on September they asked by email to pay until last day because they will give my money back. Monthly fee was 900 and I paid on 16 August 1350. 450 for September plus 900 for the last month. Awful company. Rented an Airbnb from them in London and it was full of mold and falsely advertised amenities. Zero response from them when we complained. Avoid at all costs
Avevo prenotato una stanza con loro, poi ho dovuto cancellare la prenotazione circa un mese prima, in maniera molto onesta mi hanno restituito completamente l'holding deposit. Possono sembrare un po' pressanti, ma in realtà è solo che lavorano molto. Sono molto onesti.
